Our client is a leading civil contractor specialising in the supply of equipment and resources.

As a result of substantial, ongoing growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for performing accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts transactions and assisting with the overall operation of our Accounts department.

KEY DUTIES

You will be required but not limited to Accounts Payable duties invoicing including reconciliations, managing purchase orders as well as assisting with month end.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoicing queries and assist with the smooth operations of the office.

ABOUT YOU
You will have a minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable or general accounts experience and strong time management skills.

You will be able to work both individually and as a team with the ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

A basic understanding of bookkeeping and preferably have experience using software such as SAP and/or Viewpoint.
