- Develop and manage a variety of strategic projects to implement initiatives and manage and report on all aspects of the audit recommendations, including preparing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and negotiating reporting requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify organizational opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses, contributing to the development of the strategic plan.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate the work of external providers, ensuring services are delivered to agreed quality standards, budget, and timelines.
- Provide high-level strategic advice and support to the executive team on project development, implementation, management, and reporting, ensuring the team is informed about project statuses.
- Prepare various strategic and operational documents, including briefing papers, research and discussion papers, reports, submissions, and responses to information requests. Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and sensitive consultations, negotiations, and partnerships with various stakeholders.
