Status:
Temporary Full Time up to 30 June 2024, with potential for extension


Grade/Rank:
Clerk Grade 11/12


Salary Package:
Package up to $173,852 pa. Package includes salary range ($134,411 pa to $155,445 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.


Location:
Greenacre NSW, with hybrid work from home flexibility

***Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) is one of the world's largest urban fire and rescue services and is the busiest in Australia. About the Role


We are seeking an experienced strategy professional to lead our enterprise strategy and risk team during an exciting phase of strategic renewal for FRNSW.

You will play a central role in the development of a new long-term strategy for the organisation as well as embedding enhancements to our approach to risk management.

The primary focus up to June 2024 will be to work closely with colleagues and contractors to facilitate development and implementation of a new strategy aligned with NSW Government priorities.


Key knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated significant experience in strategic planning and review
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and approaches and ability to work with diverse stakeholders to develop strategies that are owned by managers and business units

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related management field or equivalent relevant experience._
