- Work with all areas of the business, including external partners, to collect, collate and verify feedback around current and future state of insurance offering including product, pricing, support and customer service
- Attend all FCB workshops with new insurance provider to ensure a cohesive view of direction and outcomes
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to design insurance product that meets the needs of our customers
- Development of resources to run within leaderships meetings to maintain and grow attachment
- Develop and deploy strategies for nations, areas and stores with at risk/below average attachment in collaboration with business leaders
- Act as a central point of contact within FCB AU for insurance escalations to filter and monitor service levels
- Working with the Learning and Development team to ensure the most impactful Insurance content is included in the New Starter Program training
- Supplying the business with consistent reporting to help drive accountability and growth
- Minimum 1+ years leadership experience
- Resource materials creation and facilitation experience
- Base salary of $ k plus super/bonuses

About the Opportunity
Flight Centre Brand (FCB) cares about our customers and making sure they have the best possible Travel Insurance when booking with us. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help safeguard our customers by growing insurance sales within Flight Centre Australia and New Zealand. The successful applicant will analyse and identify business needs and develop and implement strategies to address these needs.
The purpose of this role is to grow insurance sales within FCB AU and NZ by analysing and identifying business needs, then developing and implementing strategies to address these needs.
If you have strong insurance knowledge, a passion for our customer, experience influencing change and excel at building strong and lasting relationships, you might be exactly who we are after
The role can be based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
