    High growth organisationClient DetailsOur client a leading commercial business operating across the Infrastructure, energy, resources, transport, defence and building and construction sectors is seeking a legal counsel to join it's growing legal team

    DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
    Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a diverse range of contracts.
    Providing strategic commercial and legal advice on major infrastructure projects across a number of sectors including transport,renewables and resources
    Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
    Drafting precedent suites of commercial agreements relevant to the infrastructure market
    Liaising with internal and external stakeholdersProfile:Ideally between5-8 years PQE gained in a reputablelaw firm or In-House organisation
    Experience of project development within the engineering/construction sector
    In-depth understanding of construction law and contracts
    Experience with commercial policies and identifying key risks within contracts
    General commercial experience.

    Proven abilityto work autonomously with a strong attention to detailJob OfferThe role has great mentoring with the opportunity for continued growth.

    It will be working across some of Australia's most significant projects and dealing with International clients.
