Qualifications:
- Complete Year 12 or Higher
Main duties / Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the organisation when welcoming guests, clients and visitors.
- Booking / tracking courier and filings.
- Assist with general office duties.
Experience:
- Office/admin or Receptionist experience preferred but not essential.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and prioritized
- Responsible, diligent and punctual
- Well presented, courteous, friendly and professional
- Attention to details
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Passion
