Their products are sold through major retailers and key distributors Australia wide and exported to many countries in the world
They pride themselves on a partnership approach with their customers and through innovation and expertise develop state of the art products that appeal to their customers and end users
The role
***Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer this role has total national responsibility for the Sales and Trade Marketing of the company's product range to the Catering and Foodservice Industries
This role has responsibility for a small, experienced sales team and will form outstanding commercial relationships with the major customers
This role forms an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team as well as working closely cross functionally with other department heads and a very attractive salary package plus bonus is on offer

What you will be doing
***- Achievement of annual budgeted sales within agreed trade marketing expenditure
- Actively involved in the coaching and development of the sales team nationally
- Prepare National and State Account reviews with major customers
- Develop and identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute meaningful and achievable sales and account plans
- Be involved in the development of the long term business strategy
- Manage trade and promotional spend
- Manage the overall profitability of the Foodservice channel
What you can offer
***- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline
- Experience in a national role in the food industry, ideally in food service
- Successful people and team management
- Proven success in National Account Management and the ability for forge great commercial relationships
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- High level of energy and commercial acumen
- Ability to work hands on
