The role
***Reporting to the General Manager-Marketing this role will have responsibility to develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies designed to deliver best practice, return on investment and exceed customer enquiry and acquisition targets.


You will drive the development of future Brand and Digital strategies and manage the day to day digital and social media assets by working with the internal team and digital agencies to assist in the creation of campaigns and activation.


This role has 3 direct reports and will also manage the digital marketing budget whilst providing reporting and communication of result across all campaigns and activity and you will also mange the digital and social media assets for the retail members.

What you can offer
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Proven experience and success in a commercially Digital Marketing role ideally in a retail or agency environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build outstanding internal and external relationships.
  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns to deliver outcomes and goals in line with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing agencies to performance
  • Demonstrated understanding of up to date digital and above the line marketing strategies
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with strong initiative and detailed execution
  • Experience in creating strong branded content
  • Ability to turn campaign analysis into captivating stories
