Do work that matters

As an Analytics Service Specialist, you will be responsible for data monitoring, validation, analysis and reporting across our end user desktop technology stack.

Part of the IT Service Management group, your role will be essential in enabling the effective, sustainable and risk mitigated change decisions that will support our continuous service improvement strategies.

Through meaningful engagement with internal and vendor partners, you will take ownership of ensuring data integrity, through data interrogation and seeking qualitative insights.

As a custodian of the Service Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate and meaningful reporting to our Executive Leadership community, Internal Stakeholders (i.e Cyber Security), and external governing bodies (ie.

APRA), on the health, sustainability and regulatory compliance of our technology stack.

To achieve this, your role will include, though not limited to;

Partnering with Service Owners and Product teams to gather relevant data
Data Integration and driving data integrity through validation checks and audits
Identifying and reporting on service changes, health and compliance
Streamlining reporting tasks by automating repeat processes
Conducting feasibility and impact analysis on change and improvement initiatives

Your Skills and Experience
You're a data-driven story-teller, and a curious learner.

You understand the power of data driving positive change and seek data integrity through meaningful stakeholder engagement.

You have experience in a similar role, and be confident utilising one or more of the below technologies to deliver insights on the current and forecast performance of our EUX technology platforms;
