- Utilize priority software such as TUFLOW, MUSIC, and QGIS for flood modelling and analysis
- Proficiency in additional software including XPSWMM, ACAD, DRAINS, ICM, RAFTS, URBS, WBNM, and MIKE is advantageous
- Experience in preparing Stormwater Management Plans (SMPs), Hydrologic Impact Assessments (HIAs), Flood Studies, general stormwater/flood correspondence, Drainage Studies, and Options Assessment reports
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Australian Rainfall and Runoff 2019 (ARR2019) and the Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM)
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in flood engineering
- Strong knowledge of Queensland engineering standards and practices
- Proficiency in priority software packages for flood modelling and analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both independent work and collaboration within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
