Duties:

Working alongside a longstanding team years of tenure), this role will see you managing a small portfolio of commercial properties located around Sydneys inner East

What you'll do:

Take and address enquires
Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
General client and contractor management
Undertake CPI increases and rent renewals
Carry out inspections
Arrange maintenance and capital improvements
Attend Tribunal as required

Specific requirements:

Experience managing a portfolio of property (commercial or residential)
Must have a Real Estate Certificate or Licence and car / drivers license
Living locally or knowledge of the East would be an advantage
The right to work in Australia
