Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, this role will appeal to a marketer that can identify the marketing, communications and digital channels that will drive the biggest impact on business performance and customer engagement.


What You'll Be doing


You will play a crucial role in driving the marketing and promotional efforts for the business, ultimately taking responsibility for overseeing and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.


More specifically you'll focus on:
Implementing strategies to optimise website performance, lead generation and user engagement.
Overseeing the seamless functioning of all automation processes within HubSpot.
Managing and optimising social media and display ad performance.
Driving social media content and scheduling.
Planning and organising events for networking and customer engagement.
Creating high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
Developing and managing a suite of visually appealing collaterals.-Managing Google AdWords and Meta/LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results.

You appreciate working with diverse stakeholders and customers, building rapport and providing insight.

In terms of the technical expertise you bring, you've worked across all marketing, comms and digital channels and have knowledge of Adobe, HubSpot and WordPress, a strong understanding of lead generation and digital principles and love monitoring ad performance.
