  • This company is on the hunt for a Head of IT someone who will manage and oversee all technology operations, an allrounder with expertise across Infrastructure, Networking and Security. They are in a highperformance Linux environment, hence, a Linux/Ubuntu/Centos expert will make a difference._
  • Greater accountability, autonomy and flexibility are something that comes with this role making this a highly effective team to work with._
  • To bridge, the frequency is along these _
- _10+ years experience in a similar role_
- _AWS experience, in particular with EC2 and FSx_
- _Strong understanding of network infrastructure & security_
- _IT infrastructure know-how (eg Meraki firewalls & switches, Unifi WiFi APs or similar)_
- _Scripting experience with Bash & Python_
- _Working knowledge of git_

  • In addition to the above, experience in these will make the connectivity faster _
- _Slurm or IBM Spectrum LSF or any HPC technologies_
- _X2Go and/or NoMachine virtual desktop software_
- _continuous integration implementations on Bitbucket_
- _Google workspaces_
