    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Create and submit Professional Services cost models directly for quotes to Itron customers, including responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Collaborate with a Pursuit Team consisting of Sales, Product Management, Services, Legal, external vendors, and other departments.
    • Create cost models for services and training, detailing price, cost, and gross margin, engaging with multiple teams daily to understand opportunities and responses.
    • Incorporate tools like Salesforce/Conga pricing system, Excel templates, and customer-specific pricing templates.
    • Maintain understanding of current Itron Solutions to interpret comprehensive quotation requests accurately.
    • Apply financial parameters and terms to commercial deal models.
    • Attend and organize team meetings, document activities, and report on action items.
    • Lead services pricing response to complex RFPs, facilitating workstreams as needed.
    • Adapt, refine, and develop templates and frameworks for improved efficiency.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
    • Lead and coordinate costing, scoping, and response preparation for solution proposals.

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • General business background with good technical understanding.
    • BA/B.Eng/B.Bus or equivalent degree, or 4+ years of experience in sales or bid management, preferably in Utility, Energy, Technology, or Federal/Defense sectors.
    • Analytical skills for pricing/costing tools assessment and improvement.
    • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and proficiency in creating professional materials.
    • Effective in cross-functional teams, participating in discussions, commitments, and maintaining professional relationships.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Salesforce/CONGA.

    Travel: 1-10%
