Responsibilities
The duties of the role will include, but will not be exclusive to:
- Reconciliation of account sub ledgers and banking
- Identify errors and then providing process improvements for such errors
- Working on systems improvements
- Collection calls
- Ensure debt management and billing policies are adhered throughout the business
- Providing reports that are both accurate and on time
- Handling customer accounts correctly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fantastic customer service skills, being able to accommodate to appropriate needs
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a face paced working environment
- Previous experience within a similar role
- The ability to have a hybrid working model, with three days from home
- A wonderful working environment based in Port Melbourne
