Our client is a well-established and thriving retail company with a strong presence in the retail industry, who pride themselves on providing exceptional products and services to our customers.

As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.

As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience on our website and other online platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
Monitoring website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Conducting regular competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies in the ecommerce industry.
Providing timely customer support and troubleshooting assistance for online orders and inquiries.
Coordinating with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, shipping, and returns.
Assisting in the development and execution of ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in ecommerce coordination or management, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
Proficient in using analytics tools to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
