Our client is a well-established and thriving retail company with a strong presence in the retail industry, who pride themselves on providing exceptional products and services to our customers.
As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking a dynamic and talented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.
As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience on our website and other online platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitoring website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Conducting regular competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies in the ecommerce industry.
- Providing timely customer support and troubleshooting assistance for online orders and inquiries.
- Coordinating with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, shipping, and returns.
- Assisting in the development and execution of ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and customer retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce coordination or management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
