    We are seeking an Executive Assistant who wants in on a piece of the action As part of TV & Content, you will support our divisional head of Optus Sport where Football Belongs, including the Australian home of the Premier League and the 2024 Euros just to name a few

    In this role you will coordinate a broad variety of administrative, operations and business support related tasks, whilst working both independently and as part of our team, this role requires your top-flight initiative, judgement, tact, and outstanding organisational skills.

    Your key duties ...

    • Diary management including booking meeting rooms and catering, agenda & presentation development, plus collation of materials.
    • Robust email, travel and expense management, plus assisting the assisting with events management and customer communications activities.
    • Successful cross-company liaison with other divisions and team members throughout our growing business.
    • Assisting with new starter management and onboarding, team relocation and property management, plus other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

    Your key ingredients for success ...

    • Sophisticated administrative & support experience, including prior experience
    • Highly developed communication skills dealing with other senior executives and managers, corporate & internal customers.
    • Discretion and confidentiality, outstanding written & verbal communication skills;
    • Be able to anticipate business needs and demonstrate foresight and initiative when necessary;
    • Top attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines;
    • Strong digital literacy - including sophisticated Microsoft applications
