Our client is seeking to engage a Sales Assistant.
Location:
Googong, NSW
Contract Length:
Start ASAP - 3 November 2024 with possible extension. Temporary to Permanent

Purpose of Position:
This role provides administrative support and operates as the first point of contact, providing a customer service to purchasers and responding to any initial enquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the Sales Offices.
Position Accountabilities:
Customer Service and Sales Support -
- Deliver excellent customer service to potential and existing purchasers, ensuring timely communication when responding to enquiries and coordinating with Sales Representatives and the Development team for any sales related appointments, follow ups, project updates, pricing, sales and contract related queries.
- Proactively collects information from potential purchasers, with the ability to work accurately with detailed information, by entering visitor and buyer profiles and reporting on weekly sitebased traffic and sales numbers.
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Representatives and broader Sales team to ensure the workflow of sales contracts are progressed.
- Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up referrals/leads and keeping abreast of competitor's Sales strategies.
Sales Office Support -
- Acting as the main interface between the clients and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is always provided.
- Responsible for ensuring the sales office/s are presentable at all times ensuring overall cleanliness and including maintaining stock of any brochures, prices list, stickers and any signage or document packs required.
- Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays.
Other Duties:
- Other responsibilities in line with the level of the position and where considered reasonable by the Sales Representatives and/or State Sales Manager.

Position Capabilities (Experience, Skills and Knowledge):
- Demonstrate a minimum of up to 2 years' experience providing administration and sales support.
- A knowledge of the sales or property industry would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work independently and as part of a team by building and maintaining effective collaborative relationships.
- Strong communication skills to progress sales deliverables, ensuring a sound knowledge of the market and projects is maintained.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to work selfdirected, respond to changing priorities, solve problems, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
