- Maintaining accurate up to date records for the end-to-end process of Security Clearance applications
- Provide customer service to applicants and ensure that they are provided with the necessary materials to complete their applications
- Liaise with external agencies in the safe and secure transfer of National Security Clearance Files
- Ensure the safe handling and security of highly sensitive information
- High level communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- One (1) x fixed term, six months position available.
- If the position is part time, the salary plus superannuation will be pro rata.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
