About the Role


This is a permanent full time opportunity which can be based from any office within our national footprint with hybrid work from home options available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor, review and manage work completed by Roster Officers as required
  • Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members to enable them to deliver to the best of their ability
  • Promote a positive environment by working cooperatively, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills and appropriate peer support
  • Supervise and utilise the rostering and scheduling systems to best meet customer requirements and to promote a sustainable workforce.
  • Work with managers to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to manage and improve rostering
  • Adhere to organisational and legislative Health, Safety and Environment requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a rostering or scheduling role
  • Proficiency in the use of rostering tools and systems
  • Experience in providing advice and support to stakeholders (including mangers and staff) on roster related matters
  • Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to rostering staff
