Our Client


Our client is an independant statutory authority responsible for the promotion of safe and positive online experiences and safeguarding Australians from online harm.

Working in collaboration with other Commonwealth departments, our client administers a range of programs and schemes which aim to educate Australians about online safety.


The Role


This opportunity seeks a passionate and suitably skilled Social Media & Digital Content Producer to work as part of a small, high-performing team responsible for the development and execution of social media campaigns to support the organisation's objectives.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting content development and planning
  • Scheduling and publishing
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Community management
  • Strategy development and execution
  • Website content publishing and editing support
This opportunity requires the ability to deal with complex and sensitive issues.


Skills & Experience

  • A passion for developing innovative and engaging content
  • Proven experience producing and executing social media campaigns
  • Indepth knowledge of platforms, trends and best practices
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
