Our Client is a well-known Tertiary Education provider who offer flexible work arrangements and pride themselves on a collaborative and hard-working team culture.

This position is a pivotal role providing high quality administration support to the Academic Council & its Executives and other committees.

It's an ideal opportunity for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced Senior support role.


Key Accountabilities are as follows:

  • Managing the organisation of meetings sending meeting invites, preparation of highquality presentations, agendas and papers, minutetaking, distribution of materials and timely follow up action
  • Researching and preparing reports including updates to governance and policy documents
  • Providing administrative support on a range of operational activities in collaboration with key stakeholders and other business areas
  • Assisting with the streamlining of processes, communication lines and support services
  • Maintaining effective working relationships through teamwork and contributing to planned goals by completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner


To be considered for this position you will have at least 5 years EA/PA experience in a similar role supporting Executives / Senior Management level.

Any prior experience supporting Governance / Policy processes and/or within the higher education sector would be highly regarded.

Importantly, you will have highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build relationships, engage and foster collaboration.

You will have demonstrated time management skills along with strong skills using MS Office (including Excel) and a proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a temporary assignment available for immediate commencement with an anticipated end date of early September 2023. Standard hours of work are 9.00am - 5.00pm with a minimum 30 minute lunch break.

Flexibility to work from home 2 -3 days per week will be offered after the initial 2 to 4 weeks settling in period.
