About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Team Leader to support our Production, Logistics, Customer Service and Sales Teams. Responsible for productivity you will ensure that day to day operations run smoothly and effectively.

You will train and mentor team members to foster growth and development, conduct toolbox talks to promote a positive health and safety attitude and strengthen the company culture overall.

To be successful you will need

Previous experience in a team leader role, preferably within a production, logistics, customer service or sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate between team members and management
Problemsolving abilities to address challenges and implement solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
Attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
