The Opportunity


This is a great opportunity to inspire a team of high performing sales professionals, while driving revenue growth and market expansion across your region.


As part of the Animal Management Regional Leadership Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainable and profitable growth of our products and services.

You'll thrive on leading and executing sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, while also shaping the future direction of our sales and market share.

You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development and customer services to ensure alignment and to drive continuous improvement.


The Fit


As a strategic leader, you'll make a significant impact in identifying new opportunities and market trends and develop strategies to capitalise on them.

You are able to quickly understand your market context and competitor landscape and identify strategic opportunities that will secure sustainable partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will also need:

  • 10+ years' experience in sales leadership roles (with experience within the Agri-Tech sector desirable).
  • Experience in solution selling and/or ARR models.
  • Ability to be able to deliver strategic sales outcomes through crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills able to inspire and build a cohesive, high performing team, empowering them to deliver.
  • Proven ability to develop capability through raising the next generation of Sales Leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales transformation and managing change (including technology enabled change).
  • Ability to network effectively, ensuring that you grow networks that inform and deliver on our vision and strategy, while maintaining a high degree of trust and integrity.
