    Who we're looking for:

    You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with new prospects and converting them into clients. You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the full scope of the company's products and services in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs. This role requires high-level execution at every stage of the pipeline development and sales process.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Achieve revenue, profit & customer acquisition targets
    • Develop and progress a prospect pipeline in line with company methodology and strategy
    • Establish and manage activities in the CRM system relating to activity levels, opportunities and pipeline management and ensure data is accurate and current
    • Proactively pursue new opportunities in line with our customer segmentation and lead generation strategy
    • Develop and progress new opportunities through face to face meetings
    • Effectively research prospect organisations to understand industry segment, key business drivers, situational or environment factors, and business challenges and tailor proposals appropriately
    • Contribute to the establishment of new account management implementation plans, relating to confirming customer requirements, by identifying needs and wants and matching these to Eclipx Group products and services
    • Submit proposal responses in line with the company sales strategy and Fleet Strategy Framework
    • Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategy
    • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism when engaging with internal and external stakeholders

    Requirements

    Essentials

    • Intermediate experience in a B2B sales environment
    • Basic experience in the fleet industry
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Demonstrable presentation, prospect engagement and negotiation skills
    • A proven ability to build, manage and influence stakeholder relationships
    • Openness to learn and develop a high level of strategic sales capabilities
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, KPI's and customer commitments
    • Ability to operate in a high pressure yet very rewarding sales environment

    Desired

    • Ability to work well within a team environment
    • A basic understanding of the structure of vehicle financing computations; financial accounts and reporting
