About the position

The Finance Systems Coordinator (FSC) is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of Finance related areas of Parliament's SAP system and working across a number of ERP system projects for the Parliament as part of the Digital Parliament capital program.

  • Included in this role is the performing regular system user manual update and user training. Give us an example from your work experience of how you have undertaken such a task.
  • Support system monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting and escalating issues, including proactive problem resolution and complex problem analysis would be key to the success of projects. Give us an example of a project where you had a similar situation, and how you made a success of the project.
