Initial 12 month contract with possible extension:

Flexible work environment (hybrid) | Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide CBD location

What you will do

Be a goto specialist on visualisation for the project with some ownership of the space
Create data visualisations and use analytics tools to allow users to explore data and personalised insights
Curation, quality assurance and automation of datasets to power online tools and information
Represent the department in negotiations to access and agree on usage parameters for data sources
Other governance documentation as required.

What you will bring

Strong Microsoft BI stack experience including Power BI
Strong experience with using R
Great stakeholder engagements skills and an ability to explain methodologies for the representation of data to nontechnical audiences
Analytical mind with a problemsolving aptitude
Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for baseline clearance
