Start up NATA laboratory environment

  • TGA facility
  • Lead a team
This manufacturer of complementary healthcare products is seeking an experienced Laboratory & QC leader to join their team.


You will be responsible for the set up of a new laboratory facility not limited to procurement, validation protocols set up.

You will be a proactive leader of teams and enjoy working in growth manufacturing environments.


Responsibilities:


  • Project manage of laboratory set up
  • Lead QC and laboratory team members
  • Interact with Regulatory bodies including TGA
  • Manage and coordinate all testing for finished products and raw materials
  • Validation Protocol implementation
  • Write and review Standard Operating Procedures
  • Validation of Equipment
  • Implement supplier approval processes
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct Audits
  • Ensure NATA & environmental policy compliance

Key Criteria:


  • Proven track record of success working in QC and laboratory Supervisor/Manager roles
  • Appropriate science degree qualifications
  • NATA and TGA significant experience
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience in laboratory set up
  • GMP manufacturing industry experience
  • Excellent people leadership skills
