    THE ROLE

    Produce high-quality proposal documentation that contributes to the overall success of our precontracts department and business as a whole.

    • Interpret and understand tender response documentation
    • Write and edit bid responses with a large emphasis on writing construction methodologies, narratives and management plans.
    • Manage and prioritise multiple bids simultaneously with strict deadlines
    • Collaborate with different bid teams through kick off meetings, review meetings and information gathering sessions

    ABOUT YOU

    • Technically minded with the ability to interpret drawings and construction concepts
    • High level of reading, comprehension and writing, tailoring style and language to appropriate internal or external audiences
    • Proficient in Microsoft software suite
    • Ability to operate across hybrid teams (virtual and face to face, remote, regional and metro)
    • Self organise to deliver on strict timelines, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills

    Advantageous

    • APMP certification
    • Onsite or office based Engineering, Mining or Construction experience
    • Previous experience in a proposal or technical writing within the remedial maintenance, construction and/or Defence industries
