    Australian Venue Co. is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at The Espy, overseeing both the renowned Mya Tiger and the newly built Louey's.

The Espy, located in the vibrant St Kilda precinct of Melbourne, is an iconic destination renowned for its rich history, stunning views, and vibrant atmosphere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the day-to-day management of Mya Tiger and Louey's, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
    • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, cost control, and staff development.
    • Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food offerings and efficient service delivery.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant environment.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
