St Johns Heidelberg OSHClub is looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity.

This beautiful service is located in the north - eastern suburb of Melbourne - Heidelberg.

This is a permanent part-time (27 hours per week) opportunity, assisting in leading a team of Educators at a medium 60 licence capacity service.

This is a role for those looking for a step up in their career, experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing service and passionate about development of a team.


Hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 9:00 AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 03:00 - 6:00 PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours.

The middle of your day is free, and you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role


Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
