Hornsby South OSHClub is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, assisting in leading a team of Educators at a large sized (150 licence capacity) service in the Upper North Shore of Sydney - Hornsby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a step up in their career, willing to support the service Coordinators, actively assisting with broad service management and contributing to quality programming.


Hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00 - 6:30PM (Stay and Play Program) + additional admin hours to assist the Coordinator when needed.

You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role


Assist in leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.

Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
