The Opportunity

Wangara team in our Fielders business as a
Customer Service Representative. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia.
Our customers are a mix of homeowners and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions that we offer.
As the face of BlueScope, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each customer receives nothing short of exceptional service.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working a 38-hour week within the trading hours of 9am to 5pm.
What Will You Do?
This position offers diversity and opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace.
- following up on quotations and enquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
- administrational task
- scheduling and booking orders/shed components
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
