    Our federal government client is seeking a highly motivated Junior User Experience Designer to work in a Drupal CMS/Java script environment with prototyping in Figma to design digital interactions for a range of audience cohorts and across a range of platforms and devices.

    As a Junior User experience designer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing, implementing and reporting on user experience research.
  • Eliciting requirements and preferences from stakeholders.
  • Designing user interactions and interfaces which meet business and audience needs.
  • Engaging broadly across disciplines to ensure all relevant functional, quality and compliance criteria are captured.
    The successful candidate must have:

  • Familiarity with UI design techniques and knowledge of basic design principles such as UCD, prototyping and concept-testing.
  • Understand the requirements of a design brief, and is able to follow instructions to accurately implement templates.
  • Be able to take on user feedback to iteratively improve designs.
  • Show initiative, responsibility and good judgement in delivering the work brief.
