- circa $130k + bonus

Capstone are representing an international owner with an established Industrial Portfolio across Australia, that is growing rapidly via both development and acquisition.

The Role

Due to a promotion, they require an experienced property professional to join the team as a Property Manager, working across a portfolio of approximately 20 assets, that are mostly here in Victoria, but with a small number in NSW - so a little travel will be required.

Your role will be responsible for:

delivering on the asset strategies together with the the locally based Asset and Facilities Manager

- building and maintaining strong relationships with the tenants in your portfolio
- overseeing leasing and capex
- preparing monthly reporting and managing asset budgets

Based in their Melbourne Premium CBD Office, you will be required to regularly visit sites, but can work from home where appropriate, and be part of a larger National Team, reporting through to the National Head of Asset Management.

Our client is searching for an experienced Property Manager that may already be ownerside, or perhaps you are working for an agency and looking to join a very active organisation offering career growth and take your first step into hte ownerside.

You will have strong demonstrated experience in managing Industrial assets ideally (though applicants from other asset classes are encouraged to apply).

Rewards

Remuneration will be aligned to experience, however as an indication, a $130K Package + bonus is circa to what is on offer.
