Our
Sydney People Team has an opportunity for an experienced
People Business Partner to join their passionate and collaborative team supporting the Sydney region.

Reporting to the People Manager you will work directly with your dedicated client groups, championing best practice people management and provide people services to complement operational needs and requirements.

This diverse role will give you an opportunity to showcase your wide array HR skills.


Key responsibilities:


  • Support the business by planning, resourcing and executing People plans and working through solutions to result in successful business outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Support Leaders to address and mediate issues and respond to individual staff queries.
  • Facilitate talent management to align our people capability with business needs.
  • Work with Leaders to collaboratively develop actions to build a highperformance culture and increase staff wellbeing and engagement.
  • Develop, report and analyse HR metrics and support understanding and interpretation of reports/ data/ metrics.

About you:


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or Business paired with HR experience preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the effective delivery of people advice and strong business partner orientation.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and subtlety dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
  • Presentation and project management skills.
