About the role:


Reporting into the Group Director of Corporate Services, the National Marketing Manager will lead the development of the national marketing strategy based on a detailed understanding of Key Assets' strategic objectives and the needs of internal stakeholders.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership and line management to the marketing team.
  • Support the development of tenders and marketing collateral, and building knowledge of the marketing requirements of disability, child, family, fostering and adoption services.
  • Lead the delivery of the national carer recruitment strategy and other critical projects, leveraging current and emerging digital strategies to ensure the maintenance of an excellent carer pipeline.
  • Plan and execute projects including video production, photography, advertising, internal and external communications, PR, events, digital marketing and branding projects.
  • Work with managers and staff across Australia to understand their needs, and work with executive and senior leadership teams to contribute to the growth of KAA's diversified business.

About you:


  • Tertiary level qualification(s) in Business, Marketing, PR or Communications is essential.
  • Proven relevant industry experience, with an understanding of tracking, optimisation and reporting on campaigns and activity.
  • Strong project management, presentation and communication skills with proven experience developing and nurturing stakeholder relationships. Solid knowledge of contemporary marketing practices, website analytics tools, search engine optimisation, and emerging technologies.
