Full time 12-month fixed-term opportunity based at our Callaghan Campus- Higher Education Worker Level 4 + 17% superannuation
- Provide high level administrative support to the School of Information and Physical Sciences
Be challenged and imagine with us:
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the School of Information and Physical Sciences and its academic staff.
In this role you will:
- Assist with the organisation of meetings and preparation of agendas and minutes
- Efficiently respond to a broad range of enquiries and requests from staff and students
- Provide support for courses and programs including assistance with admissions and enrolment
This 12-month fixed term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

- Demonstrated administration experience including the ability to interact with a diverse range of people

What we offer:
The remuneration for this position is from $65, % superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
