What You Will Be Doing

The HIP Administrative Assistant will primarily work alongside clinicians and the Community Care Program intake team to ensure an efficient single point of entry for all referrals to the HIP programs.

This will include after hours and weekends work to ensure HIP programs meet service demand and provide a responsive service to the community.

Demonstrated competency in medical terminology.
Sets personal standards of excellence and measures and delivers outcomes in a timely manner
Identifies and addresses priority tasks first.
Sound understanding of privacy and confidentiality
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately in a busy work environment
