About the Opportunity
Our Regency business has an opening for an experienced Sales Representative, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and organised professional looking to work within the building industry with a good customer base and an excellent product.

While you will be based from our Rowville office, your time will predominantly be spent on the road as you engage and build relationships with existing customers as well as forge relationships with new customers in the construction industry.


Key responsibilities:

  • Account manage and develop new and existing customers.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders internal staff, construction supervisors and Sales Managers
  • Develop/ maintain product and industry knowledge.
  • Manage contacts through sales database.
  • Preparation of quotations and presentations, placement of orders.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Interpret technical design plans, plus assess and measure job projects.

About You

  • Highly organised and selfmotivated, with excellent planning skills.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people at different levels.
  • Intermediate skills with Word and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute lead selling activities.
  • Ability to understand the technical product, regulatory and industry knowledge requirements.
  • Previous sales/ business development experience (preferably within the construction industry.)
  • Experience in Salesforce (highly desirable).
