The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Human resources, you will look after your own portfolio


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Main point contact to provide HR generalist assistance
  • Recruitment onboarding, offboarding, hosting interviews, drafting contracts
  • Partner management with employee relations matters
  • Manage the HR inbox
  • Learning and development and performance management assistance
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and prepare regular reports and statistics
  • Support to workers' compensation matters
  • Participate in performance management and disciplinary processes
  • Adhoc duties to support the HR Manager

To Be Successful:


  • A minimum of six months experience is required in a similar position
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
