- Provide a high standard of customer service and company representation when attending to a high volume of customer enquiries both over the telephone and in person
- Provide administrative support for the Rockhampton Branch
- Assist and support the Branch Manager and other branch staff with all administrative duties
- General AD HOC duties
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a similar position within a similar sized company
- A high level of verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and dedication to go that extra mile
- Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision as well as a part of a team in a fast changing environment
