- Lead the Integration Domain Architecture and strategy organization-wide, providing clear frameworks, solutions, and roadmaps.
- Develop a practical and aligned reference architecture for Integration across on-premises and cloud platforms, in line with the overall business strategy and agility.
- Possess a deep technical understanding of integration aspects, collaborating with the Engineering community on key platforms to establish a future-proof Integration Domain Architecture Strategy.
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with executive and senior leaders in the organization's various departments.
- Manage expectations effectively, ensure clear alignment on requirements, strategy, and business outcomes.
- Ensure teams are in sync with the overall strategy, performance expectations, and accountabilities.
- Utilize expertise to offer guidance, influence partners, and drive continuous improvement.
- Extensive experience in technology, software engineering, architecture, and strategic IT roles within large organizations.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, cyber security, or related fields, with expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and integration services.
- Proven ability to lead and enhance architectural capabilities through previous leadership experiences.
