We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.

We are seeking a sales-orientated Showroom Consultant to join our team in Skygate, Nick Scali.

About you:

Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling highvalue items
Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and selfmotivated
Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
Are immaculately presented, suitable for a highend showroom environment
Previous experience as a Sales Consultant selling highticket items (such as furniture, jewellery, bedding etc) within a Retail Sales environment
Previous experience working towards KPI's/targets

About the role:

Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
Working towards individual monthly KPI's/targets
Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care
Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
