With over 50+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, we are continuing to grow with new stores opening this year.

We are seeking a Despatch Coordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park on a full-time basis. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30.


Duties of the role:


  • Answering inquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time
  • Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful customer service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction
  • Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in customer service, within a Call Centre environment preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with good organisation skills
  • Comfortable with computers and efficient with data entry
  • Effective working in a busy environment and meeting deadlines
