    Summary:

    As a Project Manager at Infosys, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective project planning, forecasting, and cost management. Your role involves overseeing project schedules and finances to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. By leveraging your technical skills and industry knowledge, you will enhance existing processes and optimize the Mining Value Chain for maximum efficiency.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    To excel in this position, you should have:

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT and Mining Production systems.
    • Proven track record in project operations management, stakeholder engagement, vendor relations, and project delivery.
    • Proficiency in MS Project for maintaining project schedules.
    • Expertise in cost, schedule, and risk management.
    • Experience with IT and OT applications project delivery.
    • Capability in creating and managing a Project Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions register (RAID).

    Skills /Competencies:

    Essential:

    • At least 5 years of project management experience in the mining sector.
    • Minimum 4 years of project execution in mining (commissioning, vendor management, mobilisation planning, etc.).
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
    • Proficient in MS Project.
    • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

    Preferred:

    • Prior experience in application development within mining operations.
    • Ability to collaborate in a diverse stakeholder environment.
    • Interest in working in a Global delivery setup.

    Additional Skills:

    • Outstanding customer interaction capabilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
