What this opportunity involves:


JLL have an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and bright customer-service focused Receptionist working for a leading tech client This is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, event management or who is already within the real estate industry.


You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.


An Overview of the role:

Create a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience for employees and their guest
Boost agility in the workplace by managing up-to-date visitor information
Handle internal & external calls and correspondence
Develop community events calendar for the year and coordinate to meet optimal level of success
Anticipate client needs through observation to create memorable experiences
Manage stationery requisition and related inventory management
Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by Workplace Manager
Manage general administrative / soft services activities and any other duties assigned
Receive & route all deliveries at the front desk, ensuring all mail and couriers are distributed and collected in a timely fashion and as required to meet any deadlines for delivery
Invoice processing & validation; record keeping/reporting/filing
Foster a sense of community and create happiness at work for our team, our client and their guest.
Creating a welcoming environment for clients, (internal/external) customers by providing authentic, caring and timely service.
Assist & educate client to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings

Own how we approach workplace communications and the channels used to share local information, building updates and upcoming events with our employee community.

Support and guide our employee community on how to use our amenities to help them maximise their productivity in the workplace.

Lead the planning and execution of community events to promote employee networking, wellness and our mission.

Passion for customer service and experience in a similar customer service role
Willing learn, possessing a 'can-do' attitude
Well presented and well-spoken, capable of building relationships with various stakeholders
Strong user of various computer systems and technologies
Excellent administrator
