- Energy markets and renewable energy regulatory advice and associated projects
- Commercial contracting e.g. connection agreements, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, novel contract structures for emerging business and project structures
- Energy-focused transactions
- 3+ years' PQE with predominant energy-market exposure and demonstrable experience in the National Electricity Market, gained either in-house or at a leading firm
- A passion for renewables and supporting organisations through the energy transition
- A desire to work on complex matters
- Strong commerciality, curiosity and an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Outstanding attention to detail, analytical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills including client liaison
