Job Description

Supervising and leading a team of food & beverage attendants - ensuring the efficient running of F&B operations to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations
Attending to operational needs and problems promptly, including customer enquiries, requests and complaints
Training and developing the team to ensure team members are competent in all areas of the conference and events operation
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Assisting with team members rosters to meet weekly/monthly labour cost targets

Qualifications

Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES if every situation
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
à la Carte and Conference & Events experience
