About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the HR team & will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of Workday to provide exceptional service and support to managers and employees.
  • Supporting managers and employees with Workday related queries, partnering with all areas of the HR team to support in areas such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Champion employee onboarding process, administration processing, data input and verification of required documentation for new starters and existing employees.
  • Monitoring workflow related to Workday transactions via the MyHR ticketing system, providing recommendations for process improvement across the employment life cycle.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience in a HR administrative role is desired however, not essential.
  • Excellent customer service, great communication style, & ability to build relationships.
  • Systems savvy & excellent skills across the Microsoft suite.
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
